Join Theresa Fletcher at Fit2Excel for a Reiki Healing Sound Bath, a soothing and restorative evening designed to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being.
What to Bring: Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow to make yourself cozy.
What to Expect: We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation through the 7 chakras to help you unwind and set a calm, intentional space. Then, let the soothing tones of reiki-infused crystal singing bowls wash over you, harmonizing your energy field and encouraging deep healing and relaxation.
The evening concludes with hot tea and oracle cards, giving us all a moment to reflect and connect in a peaceful, supportive atmosphere.
