Join Theresa Fletcher at Fit2Excel for a lovely Reiki Healing Sound Bath. Experience a soothing, restorative evening designed to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being.
Since we’ll be gathering on St. Patrick’s Day, this special evening will be infused with green Heart Chakra energy - the frequency of compassion, love, renewal, and emotional healing. Together, we’ll focus on opening and balancing the heart center, inviting in deeper connection, forgiveness, and a sense of vibrant, soul-centered alignment. 💚
What to Bring: Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow to make yourself cozy.
What to Expect: We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation through the 7 chakras to help you unwind and set a calm, intentional space. Then, let the soothing tones of reiki-infused crystal singing bowls wash over you, harmonizing your energy field and encouraging deep healing and relaxation.
