Join yoga instructor Julie Messier Brigante & sound healer Theresa Fletcher for an evening of deep relaxation and inner renewal. This special Restorative Yoga Sound Bath blends gentle, supported yoga postures with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, creating space for healing and rest for body, mind, and spirit.

✨ Throughout the session, you'll be guided through calming breathwork and grounding meditation to settle your energy and open space for healing.

✨ As you rest in gentle, supported postures, the crystal singing bowls will surround you with soothing frequencies, helping to release stress, calm the nervous system, and create energetic balance.

✨ We'll end with oracle cards for insight, hot tea, and chocolate to ground, reflect, and connect.
