Surrounded by salt walls and therapeutic salt air, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest while the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments wash over you. This intimate experience is designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space to simply pause, breathe, and be.

With only 10 participants per session, each sound bath offers a cozy, personal experience where you can fully settle in and receive.
