Sound Healing Circle

Join Theresa Fletcher on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Practical Magick for a special Sound Healing Chakra Circle, a nurturing evening of sound healing, self-discovery, and energetic alignment.

We'll begin by creating sacred space, and open our circle with grounding breathwork and meditation. Then we'll journey through the 7 chakras with crystal singing bowls, exploring our personal energy centers through sound.

You'll be guided to tune into your body and create a personal affirmation to hold during the restorative sound bath to follow.

We'll wrap up the circle with space for journaling, oracle cards, and shared insights.

This is a women's circle. Trans-women welcome. Ages 13+ only. Come as you are, and leave feeling rebalanced, uplifted, and connected.

What to Bring: Dress comfortably and bring a journal and pen for crafting affirmations and jotting down reflections.
